This website is operated by The Happy Bodega SAS. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to THE HAPPY BODEGA. THE HAPPY BODEGA offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
2 - ORDERS
The costs of internet connection and access are the Customer’s responsibility. Orders are placed exclusively on our web store www.andfeelings.com and obliges a payment. All orders are approved by the Customer via a click on the button “Complete order” which constitutes the final acceptance which can only be contested within the limits of 14 days. All orders imply previous awareness and acceptance without reserve retraction by the Customer. Unless otherwise proved, the data saved by The Happy Bodega constitutes the proof of all orders made between The Happy Bodega and its Customers. The Customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating the order, to return to previous pages and to correct or modify the order and the information previously entered before confirming the order to express his/her acceptance.
A confirmation of the order validated by the Customer will be sent via e-mail prior to the shipping of the order, and will render the sale definitive subject to the right of the Customer to retract the order. In order to exercise this right to retract, the Customer must first receive the Products and proceed to return them according to the prescribed return policy.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers distributors or appear to be a fraudulent transaction.

3 – PAYMENT
Any order implies a complete payment. Orders will not be shipped until the payment of the full amount of the orders, which includes all selected items in the basket (including promo codes or gift cards deductions applied if used), has been completed. We provide safe payment through Paypal and Stripe which support any Visa, Master Card and payment through Paypal accounts. If any purchase has been made with your credit card or Paypal account without your consent, or what seems to be a fraudulent transaction, please contact us by email or phone in the best delays, and we will cancel the order. THE HAPPY BODEGA is not responsible for any potential additional fees applied for electronic payments by the financial institutions.
4 – SHIPPING & HANDLING (VAT)
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed on andfeelings.com are processed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays) and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Once your order is shipped you will receive an E-mail with your tracking information.
- Due to COVID-19 you may experience delays as we have had to adapt our fulfillment processes to keep our staff safe.

European Customers will not incur any additional fees beyond the original invoice total quoted at the time of checkout. VAT is included in the selling price of each item.

- Order above 135 GBP are now subject to customs fees. These fees are now at the charge of our customer in the UK. These fees should be paid upon delivery of the order.
- Due to customs clearance, deliveries to the UK may take up to 2 weeks (excluding Northern Ireland)
All returns are covered by the customers expense by using self-postage.
Orders may be returned by mail only.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for AndFeelings products not purchased from andfeelings.com (Purchases from third-party retailers, please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase for information on their return policy.) To start a return, you can contact us at customer@thehappybodega.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products by you will meet your expectations.
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.
