Orders placed on andfeelings.com are processed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays) and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Once your order is shipped you will receive an E-mail with your tracking information.
- Due to COVID-19 you may experience delays as we have had to adapt our fulfillment processes to keep our staff safe.

Due to the recent application of the Brexit, our UK shipping policy has been revised as following:
- Order above 135 GBP are now subject to customs fees. These fees are now at the charge of our customer in the UK. These fees should be paid upon delivery of the order.
- Due to customs clearance, deliveries to the UK may take up to 2 weeks (excluding Northern Ireland
2 – RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All returns are covered by the customers expense by using self-postage.
Orders may be returned by mail only.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for AndFeelings products not purchased from andfeeling.com (Purchases from third-party retailers, please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase for information on their return policy.)
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
